Rock&Road Cycle Festival

Lots of events on over these two days that will suit all flavours of cyclists. Based in Tomintoul and the amazing Glenlivet Estate trails, you can choose from a guided MTB ride, the senorita cycle (ladies only) or a night ride – to name just a few! Check the website for more.

Bike Week Workshops (Edinburgh)

Aimed at individuals or groups who might want to create their own cycling event or festival, this series of workshops goes around the country with a variety of speakers who have a track record in organising and managing this kind of thing. Gordon Reid from Pedal for Scotland will be at all three workshops, and will be joined by Frazer Coupland (No Fuss Events), for the Aberdeen sessions, Jim Napier (CamGlen Bike Town), Glasgow and Daniel McKendry, (Clarkston BID Cycle Saturdays), Edinburgh. The workshops are free, but you need to email to register: [email protected] Please note there is a morning and afternoon session. See website for more details.
