Winter Wander Walk

Take some lunch, and perhaps a flask of coffee for this bracing winter walk up Phoineas Hill, and then a wander around Belladrum Estate. Guided by the Highland Countryside Rangers, you should dress for winter weather. There are two walks. One at 11am and another at 2pm. Family ticket costs £11.

Glasgow Wildlife Garden Festival

The Glasgow Wildlife Garden Festival has returned, bringing with it a whole host of fun activities for the entire family.
Come try your hand at worm charming, planting wildflowers or canoeing on the River Kelvin.
RSPB Scotland has joined with over 40 different organisations and community groups to host a variety of events all over Glasgow.

Galloway Activity Centre Open Day

Lots of things to do over the course of the day at Galloway Activity Centre. Tokens are £2 each, and get you a taster of things like archery, climbing and mountain biking. A great, gentle introduction for the kids to outdoor challenges. There’s a cafe on site, so afterwards you can relax with a coffee and some home-made cakes.
