Not for the faint hearted, this 24 hour mountain biking marathon will stretch you to the max. It takes advantage of the amazing, world-class trails at the heart of the Forestry Commission’s Leanachan Forest near Fort William. Obviously, you can have a break, and food and shower facilities are on hand, but the object is to do as many circuits of the course as you possibly can. This year’s event takes place on Halloween after the clocks have gone back, making the night even longer and the challenge tougher so make sure you invest in some decent lights.
