This event features two races: a novice race and a sprint race for athletes with more experience. There is a limit of 180 participants – first come, first served. The novice competition features a 400m pool swim, a 12k bike race, and a 5k run, while the sprint competition features a 750m pool swim with a 20k bike race and 5k run. Costs are £25 Home Nation Members or £27 non-members for the novice competition and £33 Home Nation Members or £39 non-members for the sprint competition. Prizes will be awarded for first three male/female, first youth (15-17 years old) male and female, and first veteran (40+) male and female.
